Founder and Director of This Osteopathic Life

From the moment I learned it was an option, osteopathic medicine was the clear choice for me. Integration of Mind, Body, Spirit, considering the person, not the disease and finding the health are the pillars on which I build my personal and professional philosophy.

​

My education and training, residency and board certification in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine have provided me deeper exploration of the principles of osteopathy. 

​

During my time in practice, including time as Medical Director, Residency Program Director and solo clinician along with my roles as parent, writer, coach, athlete, musician and entrepreneur I continue to see opportunity for broadened application of the osteopathic concept - for the health of all things.

This Osteopathic Life is for everyone and for everything - recognizing our common unity, capacity for self-healing and the relationship of structure and function as opportunity to facilitate healing, health and humanity in all aspects of life.
